The best thing we can do is make them strong.
Through our kid’s fitness program, your child will develop qualities like trust, cohesion, self-accountability, and confidence, unlike anything we’ve seen elsewhere.
We use age-appropriate skills, challenges, and equipment. By using a FUN combination of calisthenics, running, rowing, jumping, throwing, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing and lifting we get kids to LOVE exercise.

classes

CrossFit Teens
This class is aimed at children aged between 12 and 17 years of age. Classes are led by certified CrossFit coaches in a fun, supportive, and safe environment. The focus is on proper weightlifting technique and combines vigorous, scalable workouts (WODs) using body-weight, dumbbells and kettlebells in constantly varied movements.

Junior Boxing
Our Junior boxing classes are for boys and girls who like the idea of striking for self defence, strength and fitness. These classes are designed to give everyone a great introduction to boxing as well as to nurture their technique to move on to adult classes or competition through fun and challenging classes - 10 - 5

Junior Kick-Defence
Junior Kick-Defence is the next step up from our Little Ninja's program.It is a modern, upbeat and challenging self defence course specifically targeting children between 8-15 years old. This exciting modern mix of kickboxing (Muay Thai), karate, jujitsu and jo-jitsu is designed to offer fun, focused and dynamic training in life skills, fitness and self defence.

Little Ninjas
Little Ninjas is a program designed specifically for 4-7 year olds. Your child will learn 8 primary life skills vital to success in school, relationships and life: focus, teamwork, self-control, memory, balance, discipline, fitness & coordination. The Little Ninjas program will keep your child physically fit as well as encourage the benefits of good behaviour, teamwork, and being their best at home, at school and social situations.

Mini Ninjas
Our Mini Ninjas program is specifically designed to suit both the physical and developmental needs of 2 & 3 year olds. Over the course of a term, our mini ninjas will work balance, coordination, motor skills, focus & team work. Each skill will be presented in the form of specifically designed games and activities that will engage your toddler.

Teen Mixed Martial Arts
Designed to suit teens who are looking to push themselves to a higher level, this class prepares students to step up into the adult Muay Thai Kickboxing class at around 16 years of age. Here they will engage in age appropriate strength and conditioning activities, as well as learn the Japanese Jo (short staff), more advanced Brazilian Ju-jitsu, stand up Jiu-Jitsu and dynamic kickboxing techniques. Light sparring is an option however NOT required until adult level. Our focus is pure self defence and by black belt every student will be able to defend themselves from most life threatening situations.
